Welcome to the home of the Pigmar War-gaming club.
The Pigmar War-gaming club was formed by the veterans of Games Workshop Bath. It was created in January 2009 to improve our Tuesday night games.
"Pigmar" was created by the Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play (WFRP) Group. Our pet pig went on a rampage, causing the group to believe him to be an incarnation of Sigmar. Hence Pigmar was born.
We meet every Tuesday night at the New Salisbury Club in Bath from 6.30-11pm to make use of the fantastic facilities provided by them.
During Tuesday nights we have a healthy mix of Warhammer Fantasy and 40k players. We are also partial to a game of Bloodbowl. Every other game system has some
representation, so if you are into Epic Armageddon or Necromunda we can probably find an opponent for you. We run several leagues, campaigns, and events every year. Check out the Events section for more information.
The aim of this website is to:
- Communicate news and events to club members
- Show-off our armies
- Bring in new members
- Spread the good word of Pigmar
